 I've been making businesses run more smoothly for longer than I care to admit. Starting out in admin, I took a bit of a detour through a Biology degree and an MPhil (yes, really), spent time in labs crunching data, and came out the other side with a pretty unique set of skills. These days I work with small business owners as their behind-the-scenes operations person — sorting the chaos, building the systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. 

Sadie has been keeping things organised practically her whole life — admin isn't just something she does, it's genuinely how her brain works. From day-to-day admin and scheduling to client communication, social media support, event organisation, and setting up CRM systems, she's the kind of person who actually enjoys bringing order to chaos. Reliable, sharp, and the sort who gets genuinely excited about a well-built pipeline. Yes, they exist. 

 Cat thrives on being the person who keeps things running in the background. Going from many years in IT and project management, Cat now supports business owners with the daily operations that keep a business organised and moving forward.  As she works, she's always thinking of ways to be more efficient, whether that's creating templates, structure or simplifying processes, she can help you be more productive.  Outside of work, Cat loves long walks through the woods, reading a good novel, and jigsaw puzzles with a cuppa and some Dairy Milk.  

  Jo's love for LinkedIn and business social media has grown since she started her business in January 2023. She started out as an admin VA after 25 years in office admin, customer service and sales admin. She has pivoted now towards social media.  She thrives on helping businesses owners become more visible the right way.  Social media does work, when you put in the right amount of effort, information and personal touches over time. Outside of work,she loves sunshine, dancing, walking, cycling, a tipple of rum, and inspiring others.
