 As someone who’d never thought about or delved into the world of KPIs, I was intrigued to learn more. Sally presented her points very concisely and the workshop was very informative. What I took away from it was that I already had KPIs in place, I just didn’t know they could be referred to as such! There were additional things to think about too, and the way the workshop was laid out, made it easy to understand and work out what you could add to your business. Recommend!
