The first thing we'll do is have an online call (Zoom or Teams) to discuss your Business or Project. And to check if we are a good fit.
At this stage I will share my T&C's, Data Privacy Policy.
I will send you a proposal after the meeting so that you have a reminder of everything we discussed

Retainer - I will carry out operational and strategic management for you on a monthly retainer and on set tasks that we mutually agree at the start of our relationship.
Projects - I will manage a one off project for you (e.g. a product launch) and ensure that the project is kept on track and within budget
All packages are tailored to suit your specific requirements.

All Packages - are provided on a retainer basis paid in advance and per calendar month
Projects - 50% payable at the start of the project and 50% at the end of the project.

Once a final invoice has been submitted (for projects) my services are considered to be completed.
Work under a retainer will require one month's notice to terminate the agreement on either side.
